Practice Aim
- Attacking Combinations
Process
- Ball starts with the Neutrals who play into the CAM
- Blue have to try and work overloads and combinations to get in behind the defensive line
- Yellow are locked into their areas
- Should yellow win back then field opens up and they look to play out and score in the goal

Practice Aim
- Creating wide overloads
- Changing the point of attack
Process
- 6v6 game
- Both sides organised within a 2-3-1 structure
- Sides can access a shot at goal one of two ways; either
1) three passes (ex the initial pass from the GK) before going into the wide area to create a 2v1 by the #10 creating the wide overload with the #7 /#11
2) players visit four of the grids (including 1 wide area)
Constraints
- Only 1 defender is allowed in the wide area
- Must always have 1 DM below half way
Scoring
- Any goals scored from creating a wide overload are worth double
Timing
6 x 6min games
Accountability /Leadership Constraint
- One warning will be given to team should any of the following occur; after that the captain (HP, Elliott, Caelan) will incur a instant forfeit before they are able to rejoin. Reason behind this is that we want you guys holding your teammates to account for low standards

Practice Aim
- Maintain possession to draw an opponent across and then change the point of attack
- Positional roles and responsibilities
Process
- 3 teams and two playing areas set up
- One team acts a defending team for a set period whilst the other 2 are in possession
- In possession team need to acheive one of 2 targets in order to access the goals; either
a) secure 3 passes in one zone and then switch the play to the other side and score in the mini goals
b) for the #7 or #11 to be able to pass the ball into the #9 to score into the mini goal (as shown above)
- If the ball is transfered to the otherside then #9, #10, #6s move over. If they cannot score in the mini goal then recycle and work replicate
Conditions
- After third pass then the third defender must come across into the other zone to make 3 defenders
- #7 and #11 are outside (to replicate width) all others are inside of the practice
