SETUP
- As in skill session
FUNCTION
- Same activity as before but as soon as the ball is struck by the coach, a player from the other line can sprint into play as a recovering defender
COACHING POINTS
- Shielding a recovery defender
- Dribble across the defender's movement to draw the foul
- Finishing with contact

SETUP
- As with the previous two activities except flags get picked up and the back grid becomes actve
FUNCTION
- 5v4 possession in the back grid. Grey has one player pinned to each line of the back grid and one free player in the center of the grid. All purple players are free to move within the grid.
- Grey is possessing to be able to score on either mini goal, while purple is trying to intercept possession
- If grey scores, they restart with possession
- If purple intercepts possession, they may play a pass into the big grid or go on the dribble into the big grid
- Grey may send 1 to defend, purple can only attack with 2...at big goal

SETUP
- So that the whole session is set, set up one grid that is 50yd long and 30yd wide with a box on top that is 20yd long by 30yd wide. Mini goals on the top of the box as pictured and two flags on the top of the bigger box and a goal on the far endline.
- Divide teams in two with one goalkeeper in net
FUNCTION
- Coach serves a ball into a running player who drives at goal to finish
- Coach then plays a ball to the opposite line who does the same.
- Players switch lines after each finish
