In part 1 Player A starts and passes the ball clockwise down the outside of the cones to Player B and follows the pass. Player B controls the ball ready to pass across the triangle to Player C, following the pass. Player C then passes to Player D, etc.

After 2 minutes the passes change to anti-clockwise for a further 2 minutes.

Part 2, Player A starts and player B exaggerates step back and asks for the ball to make an angle. Player A passes the ball clockwise down the outside of the cones to Player B and follows the pass to the cone. Player B controls the ball ready to pass across the triangle to Player C, following the pass. Player C then passes to Player D, etc.

After 2 minutes the passes change to anti-clockwise for a further 2 minutes.

Part 3, Player A starts and player B exaggerates step back and asks for the ball to make an angle. Player A passes the ball clockwise down the outside of the cones to Player B and follows the pass. Player B passes the ball back into Player A who passes it down the inside of the cone for Player B who is now moving towards Player C. This continues down the other 2 sides of the triangle.

After 2 minutes the passes change to anti-clockwise for a further 2 minutes.
