Instructions:
C to shoot ball to GK who has to collect ball and
1. roll ball to goal (both sides)
2. throw ball to goal (both sides)
Progression
Increase length
Increase speed of shot
Encourage quick ball
Coaching points
GK to gather ball clean
Ball to be on the ground by the time it reaches the target
GK has to be encouraged to collect ball as he can start a new play quickly

Instructions
GK to touch marker & get in front of ball 1 for shot (x3)
Progression
After shot 1 the GK is to move to marker 2 and then get in front of ball 2 (x3 each side)
Coaching points
The GK is moving with small controlled steps around goal

Instructions:
After a soft shot the GK is to find the unmarked player and throw the ball to him, he loses possession and andother shot is taken
