Method:
- Set up 15m square, 5 players, add more cones to accommodate more players.
- 1. Players pass the ball around the outside of the cones and follow their pass to the nest cone.
- 2. Progression, players play a bounce wall pass around the cone.
- Work both directions to ensure left/right balance.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass, timing, weight and accuracy.
- Quality of first touch, body position to receive on back foot, touch in the direction player wants to travel/pass.
- Communication, verbal and non verbal.

Method:
- 40x30 pitch set-up as above.
- Both teams att goals at opposite end. If def wins the ball or goal is scored new ball starts in with def team.
- 1. Game starts 2v1.
- 2. Transition to 3v2.
- 3. Back to 2v1, cycle continues, swap teams starting play.
Coaching Points:
- Attack at pace to use numerical advantage.
- Good decision making, dribble or pass.
- Communication.
- Quality finishing.

- Full game, offside, throws etc.
- 10mins If player kick the ball out they are out of the game until a goal is scored to create overloads.
- 10mins normal game.
- Create and take advantage of overloads if possible.
