Ball Mastery: 8min 7:1 Work/Rest
Equipment Needed: Balls, Cones 10x 10m square (or whatever size space you have)
Toe Taps: 25 Toe Taps as quick as you can
Bells: look to do 30 Bells as quick as you can anywhere inside the square
Sole Roles: Using the sole of both feet roll the ball back and fourth
Inside Push Pull: push the ball with the inside of your foot, then using the sole of your foot drag it back repeat with the opposite foot left foot 1min right foot 1mi
UPSIDE DOWN U : Grab the ball with the sole of your foot pull it back and push it using the only the sole of the foot
Single Leg Squares: go around the cone using the inside and laces of the foot

Dribbling: 10min 8/2 work to Rest
Equipment needed:5/ 6 cones, Ball pen & Paper
(If you don't have cones you can use any safe household Item)
Exercise 1: Inside/Outside of LEFT foot - Pushing the Ball with laces and using the inside of the left foot to turnaround the cones creating a figure 8.
Exercise 2: Inside/Outside Right foot Only using the inside and outside of the foot to keep the ball close and control
go at a comfortable speed and look to get your head up.
Exercise 3: Right/left foot combination Inside feet
Exercise 4: Use the outside of the Foot only (Left and right)
Exercise 5: Roll the Ball with the sole of the foot -Around the cones then use your laces to dribble with
Challenge: Look to limit your touches to two , write down your time and look to beat it.

1 v 1 : 10min 8/2 Work/Rest
Equipment Needed:
Ball ,6 Cones
Procedure:
Player Dribbles towards the two cones – As he player gets2 yards from the cones, the player performs a skill.
(ex. Scissors, Fakes, Feints) plus changes direction – Work with both feet/both directions
Exercise 1: Feints
How many can you do in 1:30 min.
Exercise 2: stepover
Exercise 3 : scissors
Exercise 4: combination or your own move
Challenge: right down how many gates you can get through in the time allowed and look to beat that score

Lateral Movement 30sec : move in any direction to any object side to side without clicking your heels
Move backward 30sec : keep low, check your shoulders to see where you are going and change direction
One Foot Hops 30sec: look to jump over as many objects as you can switching feet (left/right)
Two Foot jumps 30 sec: big jumps over as many objects as you can
Clear the playing area: Dribble - 2min Use one ball dribble for a min lots of touches on the ball left and right foot , inside and out, do a turn using different parts of the feet
