1 v 1 to receive with back to goal
Player plays ball into attacking player who tries to turn and score in the goal. If they win the ball, defender dribbles across endline for point.
Coaching points:
- Use of body to protect ball

2 v 2 to goal.
Groups set themselves up in 2 lines beside their goal. Coach plays the ball into either side and teams try to score in opposition goal.
Coaching points:
- 1st Defender pressures
- 2nd defender covers
- Communication
- Angle and Distance of cover

Organization:
-Three lines, each cone is 8 yds away from each other. The cones are 5 yds away from the eighteen.
-Each line has even numbers.
Activity:
-Line 1 dribble to second cone perform skill move and shoot right after.
-Line 2 goes one 1v1 with line 1.
-Line 3 plays a given go with line 2.
Variation:
-Stay in line for 2 minutes then rotate to the right.
-All line take shots with no pressure.
-Line 1 shot with right foot
-Line 2 shot with perfered foot
- Line 3 shot with left foot

A passes the ball into B. B then tries to beat C and pass in the goal. If the defender wins the ball, they try to dribble past the opp. endline. Ball start point should vary from left to right.
