This session focus will be on how brave the goalkeepers can be, their patience to wait for the mistake, and their ability to close down the attackers. Ground duels can be some of the most satisfying saves, but also the most dangerous ones. Focus will be on how can we approach an attackers feet safely, bravely, and without hesitation.

Protect the Diamond from the Dribblle 20 Mins
- 1 Goalkeeper in the Middle- Rest of players with a ball on the corner of the grid
- Coach will call out color of one of the outside players
- That player will attempt to dribble into the diamond and beat the keeper in the middle
- Keeper in the middle will close down the player with the ball and attempt to take ball off their feet
30 Second rounds
- 1 Pt each time the outside player dribbles into the diamond
- Keeper with most points at the end of the round loses

- All keepers in the grid
- All but one keeper will have balls
- Keeper without the ball will attempt to win the ball with their hands
- If you lose your ball you become the attacker and must go win someone elses ball
