Transition Attacking>Defending Scenario
Play begins with the Attacking team. The #9 from red checks to receive a ball from A. The team attacks in a 3v2 situation, play continues until the play is dead. As soon as the play is dead ALL players remain on the field, B dribbles and joins the attack to make it a 3v3 scenario. Once the second ball is done all players rotate to the right to view different pictures and appreciation.
Players play for 10 minutes then rotate roles. Encourage player discussion throughout.

Transition A>D Game
Players play a normal match 7v7 format. The key to this game is when a ball goes out of play. Lets say the blue team kicks the ball out of bounds the player must chase that ball, in the meantime the red team can get a ball from any of the 6 cones and begin a counter attack. The player who chased the original ball must place that ball back on top of the cone that was just used to start the transition.

Transition Game
Play starts with 1v1 - Red is looking to dribble across to opposite line. As soon as the red passes the line, this is the trigger for the next red to attempt to do the same.
If the blue defender managers to win the ball, they look to dribble out to either side, if successful the blue team is now attacking and the red is defending.
If a player in possession dribbles out of bounds then immediately there is a switch of roles and a transitional chance for the new team.
