Instructions:
2 min games, then switch defenders
White posses, black try to press and get the ball.
When black gets the ball, they will try to dribble out of the square, white needs to react aggressive
White can score by connecting 10 passes
Black can score by dribbling out of the box

Movement on the line, player in the middle constantly in the channel

Focus on midfield pressing and preventing penetration through the middle

10 prevents the ball to get switch through the 6 of the opponent
