Vertical Passing Pattern (20 mins)
Intervals:
10 min to the right, 10 min to the left = 10-15 min.
Setup:
Field setup as shown with a back 4 plus a zone for receiving long pass.
Activity:
Ball switches around back 4 before playing long vertically up field. Ball should be played into zone, but receiver should start outside zone (either check back into it or run forward into it).
Progress to add different patterns for switching play (skip passes, lay offs).
