Organization:
- area of 20 x 25, set up as per diagram
- cones, pinnies, balls, 10/12 players
5 v 5 or 6 v 6 games to 3 nets each team.
Coaching points:
- Be alert, always on your toes
- Open body to receive and have a positive first touch
- Look for space to attack or pass into gaps
- Look up to see team mates and make good decisions ( pass, dribble or shoot)
- Pass with inside of foot , center of the ball
- Communication, eye contact, demand and show for ball

Set up:
- 3 grids 15x10 as setp up asbove,
-pinnies, balls, cones
Activity
-2vs1
-1st player dribbles out and as soon as players attack the defender becomes active
-once the defender comes out to defend the attacker must make a decision on how to get past the defender, either one vs one move or pass to your open teammate.
- once past defender into next grid the same continues, though the first defender is not allowed to come into the next grid.
-Continues all the way till they can score on the goalie.
-the denfenders can only stay in their own grids.
-if the defenders win the ball they pass to coach to get a point

Set up:
- 10/12 players in an area of 25 x25
- cones, 4 different color pinnies, balls
Players in pairs, move around the area and pass ball to each other, player dribbles around the area and when coach says PASS supporting player must come to player and receive a pass, control it then quick change of pace and direction to get away. After 5 yards continue to dribble at regular pace
