player at the front on side (A) starts with the ball and attacks the opposite goal, the player in front on side (b) defends the goal nearest them
If (b) wins the ball they can attack the goal opposite. if a goal is scored or the ball goals out of play (a) becomes the defender and the next player in line (B) becomes the attacker. this continues on rotation for 3 minutes
