CPs: building on previous CPs with new focus on reading Cues (potential threat) and Triggers (clear threat).
ORG: GK1 shuffles off post for basic handle from GK2, that ball is bowled into pugg > GK1 comes back middle for ball starting with GK3, passed to coach who can shoot or given back to GK3 for them to shoot.
PROG: angle changes, lengthen distance for cross-over, etc.
DETAILS: 4 GKs x 3 sets x 3 reps x both sides (20-25 minutes)

CPs: building on previous CPs with extra focus on Game Model (live ball if rebounded) and Competitiveness.
ORG: GAME. shot from coach to start rep (ready-set, basic handling) > coach bounces ball with GK2 or GK3 > GK1 triggered by bounce to shuffle/cross over that same direction, get back and set for shot by time GK2 or GK3 > if GK1 catches clean, they can distribute into either pugg for -1 point against themselves (the GK that took shot can try and block pugg goals).
DETAILS: 3 reps and rotate. Lowest score wins at the end of 10-15 minutes.
