Part 1: Seperate the players into two groups: The first group dribbles and the second group works on immediate pressure and defensive shadowing. After a few minutes, they switch roles.
Focus on forcingthe player with the ballto one side.
Part 2: 1v1's and 2v2's- The two teams compete against each other. They run around the furthest cone and defend the opposite goal. The defensive player shadows and forces the player with the ball to the outside and away from goal. The coach distributes the ball.
Begin with 1v1 and go to 2v2.

Part 1: Place two groups at the right side of each goal. Players dribble at the dummy, execute a creative move, accelerate, and have a shot on frame. Players chase their own ball and line up on the other side of the goal. (Switch sides so that the players finish with their left foot.)
Part 2: A player stands in front of the dummy, checks into his teammate, turns with the ball to face the dummy, exeecutes a quick move, accelerates, and shoots on goal. (Switch sides so the players finish with their left foot.

Game: The players on the outside look to receive a ball wide. The offensive team can create a 2v1 situation on the outside zone. The ball must go wide before going to goal.
Goals that come from a cross count as 2 points. All other goals count as 1 point.

Station 1: Triangle Passing, Crossing and Finishing (20 mins)
1.) Split the group into two or three groups depending on the numbers; Groups A and B Cross and Group C finishes. Rotate after 3 minutes of finishing
2.) The finishing group must criss cross twice before receiving the cross.
3.) Each Group will cross from the right side, cross from the left side and finish.
