PART 3
Outside player calls and passes across the circle to a teammate.
The two players either side of the receiving player, open up to create a small triangle.
The receiving player lays the ball off 1-touch to either of the opening up players.
The recipient of the lay off, passes across the triangle to his colleague using he's FRONT FOOT.
The recipient of the 2nd lay off pass cushions the ball into the path of the original receiver of the long pass.
The original receiver of the ball steps up, calls and passes 1-touch across the circle to a different teammate, who REPEATS the cycle.

PART 4
Center player receives a pass from outside player, passes 1-touch to the player next to him in clockwise position and switches with the original passer of the ball.
Original passer sprints into the middle to receive the next pass and continues the sequence.
After a few minutes, reverse the passing cycle going anti-clockwise.
PART 5
Same as above, but have two center players and work both sides of the circle ar the same time.
PART 6
Same as part 4, but this time, move the circle of players left 15-yds without breaking the rhythm of the passing sequence and back again 15-yds.

Using across field SS goals, play 4v4 to goal. 3-min games before rotating opponents
i) NO Restrictions
ii) 3-Touch maximum
iii) Can't pass backwards, no touch restriction
iv) Lift restrictions.
Coaching Points
1) Field Awareness: Are players playing with their heads up seeing the field? Are players supporting the player on the ball?
2) Decision Making: Are players making quick decision? After receiving the ball, as they receive the ball or before they receive the ball?
3) Creativity: Are players willing to take risks, making runs off the ball, or use individual skills to create goal scoring opportunities?

Part 1 & 2 (5 mins)
West Ham Rondo. Form a 20-25yd circle (Center Circle works well) with 8-9 players per group, set up as above;
PART 1: Player WTB calls to a player across the circle, passes to him and then runs to where that player is standing. REPEAT.
PART 2: Player WTB passes the ball to the center player, but calls another and runs to where that player is standing.
The center player passes 1-touch to an outside player, but calls a different player and switches with him.
The player receiving the ball 10touches the ball into the middle for the incoming player. REPEAT
