PART 2: Player WTB passes the ball to the center player, but calls another and runs to where that player is standing.

Part 3 (5 mins)

PART 3

Outside player calls and passes across the circle to a teammate.

The two players either side of the receiving player, open up to create a small triangle.

The receiving player lays the ball off 1-touch to either of the opening up players.

The recipient of the lay off, passes across the triangle to his colleague using he's FRONT FOOT.

The recipient of the 2nd lay off pass cushions the ball into the path of the original receiver of the long pass.

The original receiver of the ball steps up, calls and passes 1-touch across the circle to a different teammate, who REPEATS the cycle.

Coaching Points

1) Field Awareness: Are players playing with their heads up seeing the field? Are players supporting the player on the ball?

2) Decision Making: Are players making quick decision? After receiving the ball, as they receive the ball or before they receive the ball?

3) Creativity: Are players willing to take risks, making runs off the ball, or use individual skills to create goal scoring opportunities?
