Basic defending concept

Start with Basics:
Throw in.
Kick off.
Corner kicks.
Change every 2-3 weeks cycle.

Teach empty space, fill the space.
Weak side/Strong side.
Move as the ball move.
Help your teammate.

Finish practice with a full sided game.

Overview (10 mins)

The idea is to have stations and players rotating every 10-12 minutes.

Finish each session with 10-15 minute game.
Each session is developed by age group coordinator.
#1: Technical - Vitamines. Circuits, static vitamines.
#2: Finishing, shooting, crossing finish, pass and finish.
#3: Defending, focus only on defending. 1v1, 2v2.
#4: Rondo (2v1, 3v1, 4v1)
#5: Set Piece (Kick off, throw in, corners, goal kick)
