Starts with player in the middle he passes out to man on the man's first touch that when he can close down (cant tackle just jockey) once you get half way pass the ball to the other end and you become the defender and the player what was the defender the first time goes to the other end to receive the pass and so on

4 v 1 possession in a zone when a player as a oppurtunity to run/dribble out of the zone he can and runs to the other zone once passed in he becomes the defender. Defender must chase man and try and win the ball back

4 v 1 in zone but this time a defender is in the middle making once a player comes out of the zone with the ball the another team mate can enter the free zone with him making it a 2 v 2 can the defenders stop them, 1 player must always stay in the middle and only 1 defender can enter the zone

Key Player helping out must create space and not run near the player with ball, Decision making from the player with the ball

Have a zonal area either side of goal defending players not allowed in the zone. Always have 1 more player on the attacking side this gives the player an oppurtunity to run out of the zone.If players wanna cheat and stay with the man on the zone you have an extra player outfield
