Part#1 (5-8 min)
Have the players in a grid 20 x 20. The players will perform various ball touches.
Toe-taps, Tic-tocs, thigh juggling, dribble with first the left foot only then right foot only, throw the ball high in the air and catch, then repeat but players try to clap 5 times before catching the ball, pullbacks, etc.
Part#2
Kick-out game. Players try to attack the other players ball and try to kick it out of the grid. Once a player loses their ball they remain in the grid and continue attempting to clear balls out of the grid. The last player with a ball wins! Continue for 2-3 rounds.

1v1 to small goals (10 min)
Make as many 10x15yd grid as necessary depending on numbers. Ideal would be 6 players per grid.
Coach will serve the ball into the grid by throwing, rolling, bouncing.
Players will try to win possession of the ball and attempt to score on the opposite goal while at the same time defending their own goal.

Small-sided game 5v5, 4v4, depending on numbers. (15-20 min)
In 2 separate grids 15x30yds play 2 small-sided games with goalkeepers.
When the session ends bring the kids in for a team cheer!

Introductions
Introductions(3 min):
Gather players and have them sit in a circle. Coaches start off by introducing themselves. Go around the circle and have the players say their names. Have some fun with it, maybe ask them to say their name and their favorite flavour of ice cream.
