Cones are a long enough distance where players should be putting the ball into the air.
The objective is to play the ball in the air to your partner, who has 1 touch to try to redirect the ball so it hits the ball on the cone.
The first pair to knock their ball over x amount of times wins.

In groups of 3-8.
The first player will play a ball into space to be the target ball. The other players will now try to pass their ball as close as possible to the target ball.
The player who gets their ball closest to the target ball now gets to play the target ball.

3-4 balls are set up on both end lines.
Possession in the middle, the goal is to knock all the balls off the oppositions cones before the opposition knocks yours over.
Coaching Points:
- Open up your body so you are facing toward the goal
- Spread out so players have more time and space
- Don't pass the ball back into traffic, open up and play where the defenders aren't

2-3 small gates on both end lines.
Possession in the middle, with players trying to pass through the gates.
Progression: You now have to pass through the gate where a player on your team must receive. Can't be standing in the goal (like offside), must be played into the goal.
Coaching Points:
- Minimize your coaches
- Spread the field
- Open your body so you can face the goals

Each team will have 1 player in each of the endzones. These players can move where ever they like instead of their endzone.
Possession inside the biggest playing space, with the intent to go from one endzone to the other. Once a player passes the ball into the player within the endzone, those player switch players, so the player who just passed is now in the endzone and the payer who was in the endzone is now playing in the big square.
Coaching Points:
- If your target is open play them the ball (in the air or on the ground)
- Spread the field
- Body shape is open so you can see the whole field

Each team will have 1 player in the corners diagonal from each other.
The goal is to get from one corner to the other, while keeping possession.
Coaching Points:
- Spread the field
- If you have the opportunity to play your target play them
- Open your body up so you can see the whole field

Basic Partner Passing
Partner Passing to encourage proper passing technique. Over time extend the distance, gradually getting to long drives on the ground and chips into the air (if the players are able to progress)
Fundamentals of passing:
- Bend your knees
- Hit the middle of the ball with the middle of your instep
- The middlle of the ball should line up with the middle of your planted foot
- Follow through
- Look down when you make contact with the ball
Fundamentals of receiving:
- DON'T USE THE SOLE OF YOUR SHOE (use the instead), its better for control and allows you to continue to move once you have the ball in your possession
- On your toes
- Go towards the ball
If the players are good enough, instead of passing in front of the cone. Players are now behind it, receiving the ball on the right side of the cone, moving the ball to the left then passing. Allowing players to have laterial movements as well.
- Control the ball slightly in front of you
