Organisation

• Station 1- Player dribbles through cones using a variety of techniques (outside foot, inside foot, sole of foot etc.) into station 2.
• Station 2- Player dribbles towards mannequin before performing a skill move to beat mannequin.
• Station 3- Blue player takes on red player in a 1 vs 1 and aims to beat defender and dribble through poles.
• Station 4- Blue player attacks red defender in a 1 vs 1 and aim to score in mini-goal- gate set up that if red defender wins the ball, they can go through gate to win a point.
