Organization:
Players are divided and placed on opposite ends of field
Balls are balanced on cones in middle of grid
Instructions:
Players are instructed to pass and try to knock down balls off of cones

Organization:
3 teams of 4
Each team set up in their own zone
30 x 20 (each zone: 10 x 20; depending on numbers)
1 ball
Instructions:
1. The blue team at one end must make 3 consecutive passes before looking to switch the ball to the other team in the opposite end zone.
2. Meanwhile the yellow team may send in one player to win the ball. If successfully won by yellow, they switch zones with the team they won the ball from.
3. Team in the middle zone is always on defense.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality of short passing, first touch, communication and movement to posses the ball
2. Quality of pass to get the ball through the middle grid
3. Timing of long pass - Don't force it.
4. Angle of supporting player
5. Shape of team in possession. Create depth and width. Recognize when to turn or when to play back.
Progressions:
(P1) - Increase/decrease size of area
(R1) - less defenders in center area

3v3 / 4v4 Small-sided tournament games
4 teams of 3-4 players each team.
2 fields of 30x40 yards
2 Pugg Goals on opposite endlines.
Instructions:
4 Teams of 3
Play 3v3 tournament style format where each team will play one another.
Look to combine groups if possible.

Organization:
Players put pinnies in shorts, with the exception of one player who has a pinnie on and has a ball at their feet. Extra balls are put in the corners.
Instructions:
Player with pinnie must try to hit the non-pinnies below their knee. If a player is struck they put on a pinnie and join in to try to hit the remaining players. Using only one ball amongst them. If a ball is passed out of the grid, the player who struck ball must go and retrieve the ball before they can begin to get the players out again
Coaching Points:
Head up to identify where players are
Plant foot is pointed to where we want to pass ball
Use teammates to get players out. Introduction of angles and support from teammates to be able to get player out. "We mentality" or a "Me" mentality.
Use different surfaces of the foot to disguise the pass.
