Sets to complete: 6 (1 minute rest inbetween)
Rules:
- Starting group runs to the next square releasing that group. This happens each time until the group with a free square up next is live, they must run through that empty square to the next group.
- This continues until the starting group completes their long double square run.
Notes:
- Players shouldn't cut corners
- 1 minute rest in-between sets.

Variations:
- Double Pass (Instep Front foot Receive - Inside of cones)
- Double Pass (Back foot Receive - Outside of cones)
- One touch (Inside of Cones)
Method:
- 8 players in 2 groups
- 1st Group Start inside the middle square, 2nd starts individually outside each exterior triangles with ball.
- Players must complete the passing action and re-enter the middle square before continuing onto the next exterior player.
Notes:
- Players can job back to square, but must sprint to the exterior player to complete passing action.
- Firm passes with proper technique.
- Communication? How can the players talk or visually help their teammate make an informed pass?
