Objectives
1. Players to continue developing their Penetrating runs for through balls.
2. Develop pass accuracy to be able to split two players for through ball.
3. Develop composure to be able to finish off goal scoring chances.

Set Up
Big goals on each side of the area with 30 x 15 rectangle inside for players.
Rules and Conditions
Players are numbered and dribble around the area. When number is called the player breaks out of the area and goes 1v1 with gk.
Progression
- Split area in two. The players go into area closest to their goalkeeper. Players are numbered. When called the number called goes to score. The next number up chases to defend.
- Ball per team. When number is called, next three numbers join opponent area to try and win ball. The number called looks to penetrate back line and go 1v1 to goal.

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
