Passing to Dribble Out of Pressure (15 min) Team off does short, short, long in groups of 4
Set up: Interior players pass to exterior plays, exterior players dribble into grid switching places with interior player.
Progression: Add neutrals
Coaching Points: Offer angels of support. Play away from pressure & when to dribble/when to pass. Postive movement off the ball.

2 v 2 Defensive Principles (15 min) (Service then return header & play)
D plays ball to A and closes down to apply immediate pressure on the ball. Second D closes down to apply cover. Focus on pressure, cover & communication. Bring balance into session with 3rd player. Goal or 30 seconds. 1 point per goal. swith sided ea 3 minutes.
Variation: Once both players touch the ball, a third player can be played in. Third D may enter with third A.
Coaching Points: Avoid diving in, communicate, pressure approach to force the ball towards 2nd defender

7 v 7 Expanded Sm Sided (15 min)
Switch groups ea 2 min or 2 goals. 3-2-1 v 3-1-2. Groups on sideline perform fitness/technical work.
