Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
Have the whole session set out before players arrive. Set up the corners of the 2 pitches (20 by 30 yards for training) so all you have to do is take drill cones away and its ready for the games.

1v1 defending, Attackers need to score points by dribbling through the blue gates. Encourage defenders to be low, on their toes and show people wide.
Adaptations
Progressions:
- make the gates bigger so its harder for the defenders
Regressions:
- make the gates smaller so its easier for the defenders
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenge players to force the attackers wide so they dribble out and don't even have to make a tackle. Tell attackers they have 10 seconds to score, 5 if it gets too easy. (don' stress too much on counting but it just makes them rush more)
