- Try and win the ball in the opposition half with a trap
- Trap to one side, starting from the number 9 run to restrict the switch
Organisation
- Split the group in to 2 teams of 8, which are further split into two smaller teams of 4 each
- Small field with a halfway line, two small goals placed wide at one end and a big goal centrally at the other end
- The ball begins from the keeper who plays out to the defenders who aim to score in a wide goal. If they score they become the attacking team and the resting red team will transition in as defenders
- The attackers aim to win the ball in a high press and play to goal. If they score the blues transition with the resting blue team, if the keeper saves the game continues, if the attacking team miss then they transition with the resting team mates.
Progression:
- Play starts with the attacking team in possession
