1) player 1 passes to opposite side of field (player 3).
2) player 3 dribbles up to the 20 yd line and must shoot before they reach the 18 yd line.
3) alternate sides and rotate player clockwise.

1) Keeper distributes the ball to either red player (4/5) "A" or "B" (alternate sides).
2) Player "A" or "B" passes the ball to the blue player (9/10).
3) 4 or 5 now has a 1 v 1 with 9 or 10 plus keeper.
4) 9 or 10 must shoot between the 18-20 yard zone.

Same set-up as first drill
1) Keeper distributesto the 7 or 11 player
2) 7 or 11 passes to 4 or 5 and then proceeds to play a 2 V 1 plus keeper.

Back to players rotate within each line.

Keeper B plays ball to Keeper A.
Keeper A hops over cones and in the widened cone area comes to a set position to recieve the ball.
Next side hops or steps, then start backwards to a quick turn when keeper B states to turn.
