Footwork & Ball familiarity (15 mins)
GK moves laterally (shuffling) between cones while receiving balls from 2 red gk's. Handling with one hand & throwing back. opposite hand can also be used to vary body shape and oblige gk to adjust.
Randomly coach hits ball from near or top of penalty area, gk needs to react & make save
Different balls can be used... tennis, medicine, reflex etc

GK Rondo w/distribution (15 mins)
GK Rondo,
When gk intercepts, coach calls out colour & gk distributes to coloured mini goal
Variation: Auditory cue becomes visual cue. Coach now throws or shows coloured cone which corresponds to coloured mini goal
