Intervals:
2 min work + 1 min rest x 6 = 18 min
Setup:
Endzones are 30x20. Middle zone is 30x12.
3 teams of 6.
In possession setup with back 4, #6 and #8.
Defending team presses with 3; 2 in midfield; 1 in far zone to defend transfer pass.
Activity:
Only defense can score. 1 point for scoring behind CB's (setup 8 yard wide gate).
Must make 3 passes in zone before option to transfer to far zone.
Opposite team may drop a player into MF zone to help transfer.
Coaching Points:
~ Upon breaking pressure scan the field to look for forward pass
~ Constant support behind ball in case we lose it (weakside CB and OB tuck in a little)

Setup:
11v10
1-4-4-3 vs. 0-4-3-3
70x10 yard scoring zone (just across half)
Activity:
Blue team scores in big goal --> 3 points.
White team scores by passing/dribbling into attacking half --> 1 point
When build out team scores new ball comes in right away from coach to counter-attack.
Coaching Points:
Go over build out of back "alternatives" (in order of preference):
1) One-sided build out (weakside players don't open up unless ball works it's way on their side)
2) Tease with CB or #6 to go long when playing back to GK
3) Long goal kicks - pick a side of 6 yard box and team compacts to that half of the field
