Set Up: Players partner up with one ball between them. Have pairs get a little space to work in.
Activity: Partners hold right hand to right hand to start with a ball in between them. Players try to play one touch from right foot to right foot. Do this for 30 seconds, make coaching points, then 1 more minute. Switch feet and go left foot to left foot (players must hold left hand).
Coaching Points: Qualities of a Pass: Pace, Accuracy, On the Ground. Making sure to turn the hips and stagger the stance. Heel down, toe up.

Set Up: Two teams of 4 or 5 depending on numbers (can be done with teams of 3 as well). Grids can vary in size depending on desired work rate, but 8x12 on each side are good.
Activity: Coach plays a ball into one grid. At that time, one player from the opposite grid can enter to try and win ball. After coach-determined amount of time, second player from "defending grid" can enter to help win ball if "attacking" team still has possession (maybe have 5 players count to five and then one can enter). Attacking team tries to make 5 passes for a point. If defending team can win ball and play back to their team, that counts as a point. If ball goes out of bounds, possession goes to team in opposite grid.
Coaching Points: Qualities of a Pass: Pace, Accuracy, On the Ground. Quick play, making quick decisions, moving the ball away from where defenders are.

Set Up: 20x30 grid with two teams (can use neutrals if uneven numbers).
Activity: 4 goal game. One team attacks two goals on same end line, and other team attacks opposite two.
Coaching Points: If one side is shut down by defenders, don't force it, go the other way. Good quality passing, quick decisions. Play possession and don't force shots.
Dynamic Movements and Technical Footwork
Dynamic Movements & Technical Warm-Up
Set up: Every player has a ball. Grid as large as needed for players to have ample space.
Session: On coach's command, all players dribble around the grid performing specific technical footwork (dribble cuts, base system, roll overs, etc). On next command, players will perform specific dynamic movement to the next open ball (high knees, lunges, quad flex, etc). Once at open ball, players then go back to technical footwork.
Footwork: Dribble Cuts, Scissors, Step Overs, Cruyff Turn, V Pull Back, etc.
