Organization: 20m x 20m grid cones, different colors. Every Player with a ball
Activity: 10min 8:2 work/rest:
Players pick an Island to start on. When the coach says go Players look to visit as many Island's as they can. you can change what players need to do so maybe they need to take a trip around the Island (which foot will determine inside or outside of the foot) next must do toe taps, bells etc... you decide.
Coach will start a count down players must get back to their Island in time stop the ball with their foot and they get a point. Every Island they visit they get a point. Who can get the most points!

Organization: 15x15m grid Adjust to players needs. cones, balls
Each Player with a ball
Activity: Croc's in the river 10min 8:2 work/rest
Players start without a ball, look to get from one Island to the other without getting caught by the Croc. If they get caught they must do a silly dance to be free.
Progression: If tagged they now become a croc and help the coach catch other players by tagging them.
Progression 1: All Players have a ball and must look to get to the other side without getting tagged or losing their ball. if they go off the Island they or get caught they must do 5 toe taps/bells to get free. Progression 2: Players get tagged or lose their balls now become Croc's. Every time a player get to the other side they get a point.
Progression:1) Have player go without a ball, (change speed/direction, be tricky dont get tagged. 2) Dribble with Right Foot /left foot 3) allow them to use whatever foot they want.
Allow Players to be the croc each player that gets tagged becomes a croc (multiple)
Coaching Points: Dribbling- can players change speed/direction , be tricky.
Can players get their head up to find space and get away from the Police Officer.

Organization: 20 x 15m (adjust to players needs) cones, pug nets, pinnies,
Activity: Relay Race - Use Both goals, set up two teams. One player from each team goes at a time. When the coach says go! One player from each team runs and hops over the orange cones ( change the physical movement every round)
hops, side ways movement, zic zag etc. as the player comes past the last coane the coach looks to pass the ball to said player. This player looks to score in the goal.
Run Back high five their team mate and the next player goes.
The team who finishes first get an extra point. the team with the most goals wins!
Coaching Points: fun, look a the ball when the kick it ue the inside of their foot to shoot

Organization: 20 x 25m Grid: Every player with a ball , Coach has a ball.
Activity: Coach Says - 6/8min 2/1 work to rest
Coach says (Simon Says) Players are dribbling with the ball (using laces/pinky toe)
Players must do what action Coach says. Coaches says do ten toe taps etc.
Mix it up ( technical teach a move, physical could be jump over a ball etc) sit on ball ,kneel on ball, stomach on ball etc.
Every time the do said action they get a point. How many points can they get?
