Organization:
2 teams of 6, each team is split into 2 groups of 3. Each group is in a channel.
Instructions:
Each team must stay in channel and try to penetrate with a pass through to their team mates
Coaching Points:
1. Checking before receiving the ball
2. Looking to penetrate 1st and possess if not have Patience
3.Players finding gaps
4. Head up observe target
5.Quality of pass to get the ball through the middle grid
6. Stretch the defenders.
7.Timing of long pass - Don't force it. Progressions/Regressions:
Progressions:
-Allowing 1 player to go in and defend
-Player with ball may now dribble across the line to find teamates on the other side.

Organization:
6 vs 6 but 3 vs 3 in each half
Instructions:
Players play normal soccer rules but can not enter into opposite half
Coaching Points:
1. Looking to play forward if you can
2. Retaining possession if not
3. If 1 vs 1 can you penetrate by dribbling Progressions:
1 player may join in when ball enters area
