Directions
-Players will now perform skills while moving. Starting at their cone, players will do Chainsaw Run. On coaches signal, players perform a skill everytime they approach a cone. After they complete the skill, they dribble to the next cone and perform the same. Players perform a skill only on one side of the cone, while on the other side they speed dribble to the top.

Directions
-Players will now move freely (without the ball) within the field performing various skills learned previously when they approach a cone.
Skills
-Tick-Tock (Side to Side)
-Toe Taps (Stationary. Add movement by going around the cone, forward and backwards)
-Soccer dance/Brazilian toe taps
-Inside-Outside-Inside.
-Pull back-Outside with opposite foot (Ex- Pull back with R, outside with L)

-Step Over
Coaching Points
-Head up to see the field. See your next target.
-Move quick and be aware of your surrounding.
-Make sure the ball does not run away after you are finished.
Progression
-Players move with the ball
-If players collide they perform an exercise (Frog jump or toe taps, etc)
-Upon approaching the cone players perform moves to beat the defender. (Scissors, steps overs, pull back and outisde, outside-inside-outside, etc)

Directions
-Players are devided into groups of 3 or more. Divide players so the starting line has more players or the same amount as the opposite side (See diagram, 2:1). Starting player (Red) will pass the ball to the attacking player (Blue) and follow the pass to apply immediate pressure. Blue player performs various skills to beat the red player. After the round is over, they switch sides.
Coaching points
-Timing as to when to perform the skills. Not too close or too far.
-Get defender off balance.
-Use various skills. Accelerate after beating the defender.
Progression
-If attacker scores, defender performs quick exercise. Same if defender scores.
-After beating the defender complete a pass to the next player waiting.
-Increase the distance between players so they have to perform longer pass (air or ground).

Directions
-Divide players into two groups. Both standing on sidelines, on coaches signal players sprint out around their goal on to the field to play 1v1.
Coaching Points
-Keep head up.
-Time your run.
-Get possesion of the ball, don't kick it as soon you approach it.
- Use various skills, be creative.
Progression
-Coach can send two soccer balls.
-Pass to a player instead of open space.
-Add time limit.
-Change it to 2v2, 3v3.

Directions
Players are split into teams of 3 or 4, depending on numbers, and play small sided games. Each round lasts 7 min and rotate teams.

-Timing when performing skills.
-Be creative.
-Good first touch to determine your next move.
-Beating defender to pass VS beating defender to score.
