Set up: Start with 4 cones set along a side line about 10 yards apart.
split players in to groups of 4.
The player on one of the far cones start with the ball.
1. Player 1 passes into Player 2 who returns the ball back to player 1.
2. Player 1 then passes to Player 3 who returns the pass to Player 2.
3. Player 2 then passes to Player 4 who returns the pass to Player 3.
4. Player 3 then passes back to Player 4 who passes to Player 2.
5. The pattern is repeated as the players move in a straight line down the field.
6. Instruct the players to keep the same distance as much as possible when moving down field.
7. When a groups reach the other side of the field have them wait until all groups have completed.
8. Have the players repeat this pattern going to the other side of the field.
9. Repeat a few times to allow the players to warm-up and get into a rhythm.
Coaching PointsFocus on crisp clean passes with the right amount of pace.
Slightly lead the player so they receive the ball as they are advancing down the field.
Communication is important so each player is aware of the next move.

Instruct the Yellow team to be defence first. The other two groups, Red and Blue, are responsible for keeping possession among the 2 groups. If the defending team (Yellow) wins the ball, the team who made the mistake automatically becomes defence. For Example, let's say Red has a bad first touch into the defender (Yellow), then the Red Group would become defence and the Yellow and White groups would then keep possession from the Red group. Any ball played out of the grid is considered loss of possession by that group, and that group should become defence.

Set Up: Create four grids that are about 5x5 yard grids and set them about 40X40 yards apart on all sides. Split the group into two teams and put one team in an alternate colour.
Instruct the teams to pass among their team to keep possession while attempting to score a point by passing the ball to a teammate that is inside one of the smaller grids. The teams can score in any of the corners, however, they cannot score in the same one 2 times in a row.
Coaching PointsFocus on the weight and accuracy of the passing
Make sure players without the ball are supporting the player with the ball at all times
Make sure the timing of the runs and timing of the pass are in sync.
Make sure players change the point of attack and are not forcing passes into congested areas
