Organization:
5 small hurdles, 5 rings, 3 high hurdles, 4 square ladder set up in four lines with 8 gate located 8 yards off of the ladders. balls are close to the ladders for coach during progressions.
Load: 5 Sets of 2 min with 1 min rest WRR 2:1
Strategy:
Players to go through course then rest towards the end. During each rest, players should be trying to get 50 juggles with 3-4 players 2 touch max
Progressions:
1) 2 foot hops over hurdles / skater jump inside rings / high knee tucks / 2 foot in each box ladder
2) 2 foot Pogos over hurdles(bring them closer / SL - skater jump inside rings / high knee tucks / side to side ladder
3) 2 foot Pogos over hurdles(bring them closer / SL - skater jump inside rings / high knee tucks / side to side ladder with ball
4) 2 foot Pogos over hurdles(bring them closer / SL - skater jump inside rings / high knee tucks / side lateral in and outs(alternate each side)
5) 2 foot Pogos over hurdles(bring them closer / SL - skater jump inside rings / high knee tucks / side lateral in and outs(alternate each side) with ball.
