Each player is given a number from 1-6.
Coach calls out a random number and the same number from both teams runs into the grid with the coach on the side line passing the ball into one of the players (who is now the attacker). If the ball goes out of play or a goal is scored the next two players are called out.
Key points -
Pressure the ball quickly, correct body shape, show the attacker away from goal, don't commit to the challenge too early

Defending player must prevent this by intercepting the ball, blocking the attackers path or forcing them outside their lane.
Key Points -
Defenders must stay low with a wide stance. Show the attacking player in a direction you want him to go by opening body up in that direction. Watch the ball at all times.
