2 rondos with a no mans land in the imddle of the area, each time you make a pass you run into the other area
Coaching points:
- When to play quick and when to stay on the ball and wait for support.
- Angle of supports.
- Quickness of supporting runs.
- Defenders recognising tiggers of when to back off and block passing lanes and when they can go in and try force errors.

*Let the teams decide on formation (part of learning process).
1 Full Size Goal. 2 Small Goals split on Half Way.
Blue sets up as the defending team.
Reds sets up as the attacking team.
GK play ball into Red CB (replicate poor pass - loss of possession for Blues)
Reds to attack the Full Size Goal. Blues negate their attack. If Blues win possession, aim to score into the 2 smaller goals on Half Way.
If Reds score, reset starting position and play from GK again. If Blues reposses and score, Blues now become attacking team into full size goal and Reds defend and try to score into smaller goals.

- Press early whilst opposition aren't setup for the attack
- Assess; the ball position, pitch geography and setups of def and att team
- Press the ball and cut off passing lanes/options
- Win the ball back as quickly as possible

Defensive;
Concentration and readiness to win the ball back
React quickly - first few seconds is vital
Try to win it back whilst other team are transitioning themselves (5-8 seconds)
Player closest to the ball must press aggressively
Attitude, mentality and immediate pressure is very important
Mark players around the ball - stop the short pass
Compact and balanced
Prevent opposition turning and finding space/gaps
Attacking;
Attack quickly
Look for runners to offer forward passing options
Move ball away from transition location; i.e. switch
Negate immediate pressure from opposition
Exploit defensive weaknesses within the opposition i.e. RM is caught upfield, attack that side

Arrival activity:
Part1:2v2 football tennis. The ball is only aloud to take 1 bounce and then it must be passed over to the other team.
Part 2: 2v2 pass and move. Players start by passing through the gaps, 2 touch limit and the ball cannot be passed through the same gap you receive it through.
Progression: Players are now free to swap sides but there must be 2 players in each half at all times
