Weave Dribbling w/ coach pass for shot
Coach will call out a color
Players will use different surfaces to weave
1. inside
2. outside
3. roll
Pass to coach and run around the coach and then shoot as quickly as possible
More advanced players should be done in 2 touches (or 1 if possible)
Focus on form when shooting
Ankle locked, Shoulders over ball, plant foot, and land on shooting foot

Older Group - Partner Volleying
Set up cones 5 yards apart
1. Player tosses (under waist) and volleys to teammate
2. Teammate tosses to the player and volleys back (1 min practice, 1 min competition - each volley that their teammate catches = 1 pt)
3. Player tosses to let the ball bounce for 1/2 volley
Coaching points
Knee over the ball, catch the ball as it is moving down, strike the middle of the ball

Older Group - weave dribble - coaches toss to volley
Coach will call out a color
Players will speed dribble
Pass to coach and run around the coach and then shoot a bouncing/volley ball
Focus on form when shooting
