Organization:
25*20 grid with a smaller 15*15 grid inside. 6 reds vs. 4 blues. Four mini goals. Supply of balls along the outside of the grid.
Procedure:
Four reds outside the mini box keep possession of the ball and try to play the ball into the two reds who are locked inside the box. Reds aim to play in and play back out or combine inside the box to score.
Blues defend inside the box against two reds. When out of possession they are restricted inside the box; when they gain possession, all restrictions are lifted and the blues look to score on any of the four goals.
Key Factors:
- dispersal
- communication
- proper support (near and far) and movement off the ball.
