Time: 18 Minutes
Set Up:
-Same pitch split in half with 4 goals with one in each corner.
-Players split same as previous with 2 of each in each half.
Exercise:
-1 team plays as common players.
-Team in possession aims to transfer ball to next grid and score into either of the goals.
-If loss of possession or score other team then aims to do the same.
-Players do not swap grids.
-Play 5 minutes then swap teams around. Do this twice.

-Fast paced passing.
-1 and 2 touch.

Set Up:
-60x35 pitch (full length and width arena allows).
-Red Team: Back 4, 2 MC and 1CF.
-Blue Team: 1 CB, 2 MC, 2 W, 10, CF.
Exercise:
-Play game for remainder of the session under standard football rules.

E1: 4v4+4 Multiple Ball Possession (15 mins)
Time: 12 Minutes
Set Up:
-40x30 Grid
-Players split into 3 even teams.
-4 balls are active and in play.
Exercise:
-Red and blue start as attackers with yellow as defenders.
-Red and Blue have 4 balls.
-Red and blue aim to keep possession of the 4 balls while yellow aim to press and win the ball and play out of the grid.
-Yellow have 3 minutes to win possession of the 4 balls.
-After 3 minutes have 1 minute rest and swap defending team.
-Play another 3 minutes then swap again.
Key Coaching Points:
-Players looking to play with head up so being aware of players who are free to receive passes.
-Talking out of possession for "Man ON" and demanding possession of the ball.
