Ball starts with server at the point of the triangle. Play it around the triangle in any pattern that works, and then it can be played through to either striker to create a 1v1 scenario there will then be a second shot from the edge of the area.
Gks to look out for triggers below:
- Strikers head down or up - if down you can shut down
- Weight of pass and how that affects decision (if its slow you can shut down, if fast then hold and assess)
- Strikers touches - wait for the heavy touch and then you can shut down
- Hold position on a bouncing ball
