2 Cone Line Advanced I (20 mins)

The cones are set up 3 feet (1 yard) apart. Each pattern will be performed for 3 minutes each.

A] Everton: 1 = Pull, 2 = Roll, 3 = Push, 4 = Roll

B] Tottenham Hotspur1 = Pull, 2 = Inside Foot Touch, 3 = Push, 4 = Roll

C] Leicester City: 1 = L-move, 2 = Push, 3 = Roll

D] West Ham United: 1 = 2 Footed inside foot v-move, 2 = Roll

E] Southampton: 1 = Roll, 2 = Inside foot cut, 3 = L-move, 4 = Push

2+3v2 Possession Game (10 mins)

The goal for the 2 players who are on the possession team want to keep possession together with the 3 neutal players. The defenders should be covering the center player and passing channel to the neutral player on the other side.

The 2 can score a point with every time the ball goes from one ouside neutral player to the other outside neutral player. Team with the most points wins.

Coaching Remarks

- Create a diamond shape around the ball

- Try to create an open channel so you can receive the ball

- Receive the ball with your far foot, so you are able to switch the field to the other side

- If the pass to the other side is not possible, look for the infield neutral player or outside neutral player

- After every pass move to get open and have an open passing channel

- After the switch, support the player with the ball, create the diamond and keep possession again.
