Method: Transitions from Attack to defend then Defend to attack - 2vs2 - reds start with ball and pass to yellows - red will always start as the defending team - yellows will be attacking team - once yellows lose ball or score a goal they then automatically become the defending team and they try and score on the yellows after defending the last phase of play. Once both 2 red and 2 yellows have attacked and defended then the next 4 players 2 from each group enter and repeat process. After 7 mins of play - red will become attacking team first then yellows will defend first
Coaching Points: Encourage very quick transitions - defend to attack and attack to defend. Encourge forward play to work keepers at all times but also team will ball to create chances. High intensity at all times. Have Balls ready in each goal to start process again.

Method: Game 5v5 with 5 players helping team with the ball - yellows only allowed 1 or two touch on ball on outside - first to 2 goals wins and losing team goes on the outside. Repeat cycle.
Coaching Points: Ensure wide players on outside are used regularly to create width and depth and advised not to just stand on the side use to the line up and down or left or right. Encourge quick play from both goalkeepers to ensure transitions are fast.

Warm Up Rondo 11 v3
Method: Rondo 11v3 - Keeping the ball off the three players in the middle - if a player on the outside loses the ball him and each player either side goes in the middle while the other 3 in the middle go to the outside.
Coaching Points: Encoruage to keep ball and not give it away and also ask players to keep looking and scanning options all the time even before they recieve the ball.
