Screen 1 (20 mins)
Attacking
Any player A can play into any Player B and begin an attack. Blues must complete 3 passes in the middle 1/3rd and then look to penetrate the final 1/3rd at pace and score.
Width
Attackers should use width and depth in order to disrupt the defence and stretch them to create gaps.
Tempo
Attackers should use a high tempo/high pace attack and distate the pace of the attack throughout.
Defending
Defending the middle 1/3rd, reds should look to hold play up and make the blues look to play postivily against them. In the final In the final 1/3rd defenders should press the defence back upon a bad touch or when they turn away from goal. Reds, in the final 1/3rd, MUST press together and sit off together, rather than mix and match.
Organisation
Defenders should stay disciplined and press/sit off as a unit
Fast Break
If the defenders win the ball, they should attack and look to the small goals.
