Organization:
6 cones, 1 ball, 1 pug goal, 2 attackers, 2 defenders
Instructions:
Game starts with passing player playing the ball to the attacker, once the ball is passed the defender can defend. The objective is for the attacker to score and the defender to win the ball and dribble over the end line.
Coaching Points:
1. Straight or Curved Run (Judging speed of pass and distance covered)
2. Reading passing players body shape (start to move earlier, intercept)
3. Slowing down on approach if can't win the ball immediately
4. Curving run to where you want them to force the play
Progressions:
2nd defenders leaves when ball is passed and passing player also to make it a 2 vs 2

Players play a 3 vs 3 game to four goals.
