Dynamic Movement w/ball
Demo 15 then 45 seconds each
1)Pull, Inside across, inside push (R&L)
a) Around and in behind the cone, side to side
b) Around and in behind the cone, once on each side. When coming back to starting side, position body between cone and ball, and pull away to turn. Get passed middle cone (defender), and turn around farthest cone. Coming out of the turn, roll away to get passed middle cone (defender)and repeat on other side. Do as many as possible in 45 sec working block.
2)Pull back (w closest foot), outside across, inside push (R&L)
a) Around and in behind the cone, side to side
b) Around and in behind the cone, once on each side. When coming back to starting side, position body between cone and ball, and cut away with outside part of foot to turn. Get passed middle cone (defender), and turn around farthest cone. Coming out of the turn, scissor to get passed middle cone (defender)and repeat on other side. Do as many as possible in 45 sec working block.
3)Pull back, Cruyff, inside push (R&L)
a) Around and in behind the cone, side to side
b) Around and in behind the cone, once on each side. When coming back to starting side, Cruyff away to turn. Get passed middle cone (defender), and turn around farthest cone. Coming out of the turn, Maradona to get passed middle cone (defender)and repeat on other side. Do as many as possible in 45 sec working block.
