Integrated Warm Up (20 mins)

THE SESSION:

Players dribble through the corridor (marked by yellow cones on each side). They have to touch each side of the corridor three times. When the players reach the end of the corridor they dribble around the outside of the corridor to return to the start. Give players different skill move to perform on way back down corridor.

PROGRESSIONS:

- Have both teams dribbling alternate ways to more traffic in middle

- Add a pair of players to pass the ball across corridor to each other

KEY MESSAGES/POINTS:

-Awareness of ball, space and team mates

Dribble with head up and checking the space around you.

-Lots of touches on the ball

Make sure that your players get lots of touches of the ball.

-Play with head up to scan

Ensure your players are always in control of the ball, if they lose control, ask them to slow down and focus on technique.

- Use LFC role models and values
