Players to do each activity 4 times, if they sprint to left they must sprint to right the next time & continue the cycle so both sides getting worked on.
#1. Header - Player Sprints towards coach, coach throws ball for a header , Player heads the ball at highest point back to coaches hands, sprints to White, Backwards to Blue & Sprint towards Red.
#2. Knee then inside of right foot volley back to coach. Sprint to White, Knees up to Blue then backwards to Red.
#3. Knee then inside of left foot volley back to coach. Backwards to White, Sprint to Blue & then heels to bottom to red.
#4. Right Knee, Left Knee then right foot pass back to coach. Side Step to White, Forward Sprint to Blue & backwards to Red.
#5. Inside of Right Foot Volley, Inside of Left foot Volley & Header. Sprint to White, Backwards to blue & then sprint to red.
